MR PORTER SE - sully.muh - 05-09-2022

I just ordered a pair of shoes, a tshirt and trousers.
The carrier is DHL Express and the order should come tomorrow.
What would be the best way to SE this?
DNA? PEB?

Given you're planning to SE the lot, the DNA Is the most suitable method.

DHL Express only require a signature, so the DNA Is good to go.

Just a bit worried about this. On their website it states
"Signing for your purchase
You can rest assured that we'll keep your purchase safe until it reaches you. Your order is insured against theft and accidental damage during delivery. Once your purchases have been delivered to the specified address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance. If you are unavailable when your package arrives, our courier will make two more attempts to deliver your purchase.

If you won't be in, you can choose to waive the signature on the shipping page at checkout. Please be aware that if no signature is collected, you agree to our terms and conditions and take full responsibility for any loss or damage that may occur. Please note, orders containing items of high value may still require a signature, even if you did not select to sign for your order on arrival."

I didn't waive the signature btw so this will definitely require a signature but I'll obviously fake sign it!

That's provided the correct recipient ("you") signs the delivery.

If someone else, other than an authorized recipient signs, you're obviously covered.

Just received the package and the delivery driver took a picture.
What are my options now as DNA will not work because u can see my front door open and me in the pic.
Should i say i didnt receive the t shirt and just return the rest ? Will that work

Its alright im just gonna do a legit refund as the t shirt is too big and i dont like the shoes. I only like the trousers but im not gonna proceed with any SE as its not worth it just for a pair of trousers. In the future i might use their premium shipping and see how thats shipped.
