Rayban SE - rumham6969 - 05-09-2022

I've ordered a pair of rayban aviator sunglasses and want to do an SE. I've seen from other threads that the light weight of their glasses makes the missing item method easy here.

I'm planning on just telling them that the box was empty. Raybans typically come in a small leather case, should I tell them that neither the case nor the glasses arrived in the box, or that the case was in the box, but contained no glasses? Any other tips or suggestions? Thanks

Do exactly that.

^ This.

It's more likely that the manufacturer neglected to pack the case & sunglasses.

Just to throw this out there...some sunglass companies have the shades and case separated in the item box. So when you open up the item box itself you'll see the shades in a plastic wrap or cloth pouch, and the case beside it. So always double check how it's packed in the item box just so your approach is more succesfull so to speak. This is directed to the op, sorry if I made it sound like I was telling you @mothered to double check.

Yes of course.

My post Is based on the grounds the OP researched Its packaging, and established that the sunglasses & case are packed together.

No problem at all.
