Photoshoping "broken" products? New SE Method? - uknown_babe - 05-08-2022 So I just got this quick idea: 1. Order expensive glasses that cost around $400 2. Use my Photoshop skills to make it look broken (I am fulltime graphic designer my whole life so I'm confident in making it real) 3. Ask for refund because it came broken Would this work? With glasses you could probably just detach the handles and make multiple shots of photos. I wonder if this would work. Did anybody try something like this? RE: Photoshoping "broken" products? New SE Method? - Amado - 05-08-2022 they could ask for you to send the broken glasses back (which you could say you had to dispose of as it was very sharp and you have small children running around) But this could be one of the problems you could face I personally think peb would be ideal if there is no cctv because of the weight RE: Photoshoping "broken" products? I was able to get a new pair pretty easily, they just wanted pictures and didn't want the broken pair back. I'm assuming its not worth the cost of shipping for something you can visually see is broken. I ended up epoxying the glasses together and keep as a back up but I thought the exact same thing as you mentioned. It wouldn't be too difficult to unscrew one of the arms and photoshop it to make it look like a legit break. You might not even need photoshop, you could use putty or some shit and take low quality pictures. This would be an easy way to get an extra pair or you could also ask for a refund. |
