DNA Logitech replacement - nephele - 05-06-2022 Hello guys. I successfully SE'd Logitech using SN and POP I got from online and got a replacement for "my non-functional mouse". The mouse is going to arrive soon, and I was thinking if I should use DNA on that as well, by giving a false signature? Or is that a bit too much? Carrier is UPS. Thank you all for answering. RE: DNA Logitech replacement - mothered - 05-07-2022 In other words, you're planning to double dip. It's a little more difficult as opposed to a standard SE, but It can still well and truly succeed. As such, when It's checked, It will not correspond with your name hence "you" did not sign the delivery. No no no do not use the EB method on a replacement as I did the same thing and when it arrived I told them the box was sealed but when I opened it, there was no mouse present inside ( my mouse weighed 60g). Anyways, they investigated for so long and I kept pushing them but they just didn't believe that could happen and ended the investigation. Tried to speak to the senior team but they cut me off everytime so its not worth it however you could DNA it but its not worth creating an investigation with UPS for an item that's worth less than 100. You have every right to escalate the claim, hence you should've pushed the Issue, rather than accept defeat. As you can see, there are many reasons responsible for the declined claim - and not the method Itself. |
