Amazon emails - Defeat - 05-04-2022

I've noticed a lot of people are running into Amazon automated emails, especially from ofm. I'm currently looking for some new active emails for the exec support. I don't think jeff@Amazon.com is the go to anymore. If you have any insight, feel free to share. I'm looking into this and I'll update the thread with what I found. Currently for account closure, I had luck with 1 email that ended up reinstating one of my accounts, but it was specifically for an account that was closed due purchasing a gift card that looked "fraudulent" so they might only be concerned with potential fraud purchases, I'm not sure. If you need that, I'll send it to you Smile

It hasn't been for a while.

Given It "looked/appeared" fraudulent, It's safe to say It wasn't the case, hence your account was reinstated due to being closed on false grounds.

Yes please.

Thanks In advance.

Interestingly enough, I just got an email from someone saying Jeff Bezos received my email and they're responding on his behalf. It looks like it still works. Last time I got a response was in January, but I sent an email last night to test, woke up with a response.
Sending you that email now.

When my account got closed on Amazon UK I did email jeff@Amazon.com and received no response, this was about 2 months ago.

It's possible they did stop using it for a while. Give it a go and see if they get back to you too now.

It seems to be a hit and miss scenario.

Just got another email from their office using a different email (this 1 took a few days for a reply), I think Jeff@Amazon.com is back in business.
