PayPal refund question - kxng - 05-03-2022
So my plan is to buy replica sneakers from eBay or another site with PayPal and then when they arrive, wait a day or 2 and open a dispute saying I received fake sneakers when I paid for real ones.
Will this work or would PayPal back the seller instead of me, the buyer?
