Retail store asking for a UPS Claim # to proceed - aaron210 - 05-03-2022

Like the title says, this retailer is asking for a UPS Claim # in order to proceed with a resolution, Im assuming by me contacting UPS myself. Is there something I can do to avoid this or some sort of work around?

Please elaborate on your SE.

Who Is It?

Nonsense.

You've purchased the product from the company/retailer, hence any Issues with claims Is handled by them, not the carrier. They can get the UPS claim number through their Investigation.

Tell them exactly what I've said above.

I am also interested in this, have never had the question of providing the carrier investigation number or anything regarding the carrier for that matter. Only thing I have been asked once is whether the package was redelivered to a carrier collection point.

@mothered I kept calling and insisting to speak to higher ups and they wound up looking into it a little more and eventually issues the refund.
