Hello, guys. Just want to report my successful refund on Hollister. I ordered 10 items, around 200 euros. The mail man called me, I told him to leave the package by the door. He left it there.
I waited two days, called them through the phone (higher success rate) and just told them that it didn't arrived. I asked for a refund and got it right away. The call lasted around 3 minutes.
