Amazon - Sealed box method - ABC157PLM - 04-22-2022

I was told that Amazon checks almost all electronics returned to them now as the sealed box method has been abused too much. Is this the case? Has anyone used this method on Amazon for electronics in the last week successfully?

Different forums. When was your last time attempting this method though @mothered. It appears to be new

Different forums. When was your last time attempting this method though @mothered. It appears to be new

From my recent experience with Amazon, this might somewhat be true. I've had multiple holdups with cpus and very high dollar DACs. They'll be stuck on hold for a few weeks and only gets refunded if I contact a rep again.

Where as if I were to refund a cheaper item it'll get refunded within 1-3 days after Amazon receives it.
