You can say that you felt extremely sick Immediately after consuming It, or It spilled when the package was delivered.

If it made you sick, it's only logical that you threw it away. If they insist in having it sent back, you can send them the empty container.

In terms of the latter, I doubt they'll accept goods with vomit - especially If you mention you're positive to COVID.

Got 5lbs from Myprotein. I just told them bag was damaged, and the protein powder smelled like rotten milk. If they ask to send it back, just tell them the bag was damaged and leaking everywhere.
