JD sports SE - A1.lds - 04-12-2022

Since Nike take ages to restock anything nice, I want to SE JD, I will go for the DNA method as I’ve read they have cctv in their warehouse so missing items won’t work. I’ve read their terms and conditions and it doesn’t state if they are responsible for loss of goods or not. Would it still be ok too for ahead with the DNA

I have an account that’s 4 years old with 4 orders on it.

@mothered can you see anything stating they’re responsible for loss of goods

Too heavy for the missing Item method.

I can confirm that Nike FI has CCTV.

Their terms are pretty vague:

Quote:We are not responsible to You for loss or damage of a kind that We could not reasonably have foreseen

What's their definition of: "reasonably have foreseen?".  It could mean just about anything that comes to mind.

Does that mean you can’t peb nike since they have cameras. JD also has cameras according to someone but I assumed since they have so many orders everyday it wouldn’t be worth their time to investigate a few items missing which barley affects their annual turnover.

It depends on the Item.

If It's fully enclosed In a cardboard box, the missing Item/partial method can still be used. Cameras obviously cannot see what's Inside the box.

Never underestimate a company.

It only takes a few minutes to view the footage.

When you say fully enclosed in a cardboard box are you talking about shoes?
If you are talking about clothes, If I were to get clothes wouldn’t the cctv show them putting the clothes inside the postage packaging?

It applies to every company.

Of course, that's stating the obvious.
