adidas refund - 1davidjames - 04-10-2022

Hello people i have a question for a potential DNA that i want to do. Basically i ordered a adidas sst for £118 on friday and it came today(sunday) and i want to DNA it but  required a signature and showed a map of where the parcel was scanned when delivered. DIdn't actually sign but it showed delivery location can i still do DNA or would i have to do FTID for full refund

They can’t show it was delivered to you. Hit the DNA. No picture of you/door open right?

They can’t show it was delivered to you. Hit the DNA.  No picture of you/door open right?
No but shows where it was scanned at
"This is the scanned location of your delivery.
This includes deliveries to a neighbour,
Safeplace, or Royal Mail Delivery Office."

Anyone could have taken it. Passer by or whatever. I’ve had parcels delivered to me that the scan shows a road away but has been delivered to the correct address.

Absolutely.

GPS/tracking Information Is useless, for the fact that It only confirms delivery to an "address" and not to a "person", hence you did not personally receive the package.

At first they told me to contact the carrier and i said okay then deleted chat (used whatsapp as adidas allow that in uk) waited like 5 hours then tried again with a different customer care worker and they approved refund straight away with 20% discount so yh it was succesful

Too easy.

Did the rep ask any questions, or was the refund simply approved on the spot?

no all i said was i ordered the tracksuit and it never came saying i was in all day and my neighbours said they didn't recieve anything aswell. The worker apologised about that and said he will look into it, then 5 minutes later he approves refund and 20% discount
