Shout out to @vittring for bringing up boots. It's been a while since I went for a pair. No order was placed, just a straight replacement of any pair I wanted.

Glad you found my post useful, if only for recommending good boots! Unfortunately, I tried the Ariat method and they changed their RMA process.

Gist would be
Step 1. Get info (SN or Invoice) for Corresponding Boots.
Step 2. Tell the company the boots broke somehow and you won't be able to return it.
Step 3. Send them your address to receive the replacement from.
Step 4. Have new boots.
