Zalando SE. Without DNA - xoraplag - 04-09-2022

I placed a Zalando order for $500.

I can't use the DNA method because the package was received by my neighbor.

I can't use the missing item method because I want a jacket and shoes and those items weigh too much.

I still had the idea of swapping the clothes with my old clothes. But that will probably be rejected because the clothes are cross checked.

I would like to avoid FTID if possible Smile

Has anyone an idea of another method I could use?

I would like to take both.
But in the package were also 2 shirts and 1 hoodie.
These things are not so important to me

In that case, the DNA Is the only option but as you've stated, It's out of the question for the said reasons.

If they were extremely light, you could've used the partial method, but they're way too heavy. As such, I suggest SEing just the one Item.

Well then I take 1 item and order the jacket again in another size. Hopefully the DNA works this time.

I would like to take the shoes but they will be too heavy. Or would it maybe go if I just the SE shoes ?

Otherwise I just take a shirt .

I also remembered that I currently have Corona.
Does it help to bleed a little on the package so that it is no longer accepted?

Maybe try to photoshop some items to get the discount? You can make some items damaged.

You'd need to put the liability on them, by saying you cut yourself on a sharp edge of the package/box.

Yes the package was delivered to my address.
I assume that my neighbor has signed. The tracking says. Was accepted by my neighbor (with name)

Then I will report the 2 order as DNA since I did not have to sign.

The question is just what has the higher success rate ?

Say the shoes were missing completely or replace the shoes with others (same brand similar color).
If I am asked about it, I just say that I accidentally mixed up the shoes in stress ?
