I'll give it a 4/10. You shouldn't add the Team part, also, there are a lot of random things that don't blend very well and it looks like they were just filling empty space. (arrows)

Boring and not unique at all.
The flare is overused, the font is overused and the overall style of the background is out-done.
The reflection is too strong, the opacity should be lowered a little bit and maybe blurred.
The color scheme & texture is fine.

Now that I've looked at this, I agree. The flare is way overused. You should replace it with something unique. And also, didn't you post this exact same thread on HF? Just wonderin'
