Is my Amazon EB failed? - prof - 04-04-2022 So, I tried to do EB on Amazon, France. Package was delivered to a neighbour, hence I couldn't do DNA as I didn't want it to affect them. I didn't know what else to try so I tried EB, which has been done before but on a different region. After some back and forth between me and CS, I received the following email. "Hello, After a careful review of your account, I confirm that the right information has already been provided to you. I am not in a position to give you any further information on this subject." And then said to me to go ahead and file a PR. Just wondering if anyone thinks is salvageable or whether I should return and cut my losses. Everything written above is all fiction, none of this is real. RE: Is my Amazon EB failed? - johnnyboiog88 - 04-04-2022 (04-04-2022, 01:14 PM)prof Wrote: So, I tried to do EB on Amazon, France. Obviously I know the chance of it working was very slim anyway due to weight, but when they say they looked at my account etc. I take it they have noticed I have done it before? The last item I EB'd was a tablet which technically shouldn't have worked either since it was around 700g.(04-04-2022, 01:14 PM)prof Wrote: So, I tried to do EB on Amazon, France. The quote "Hello, After a careful review of your account, I confirm that the right information has already been provided to you." just means that they have looked at previous chats and say that nothing more can be done as you have already been told the outcome of the situation. Trying to EB a whole laptop was not the smartest decision. If it got delivered to neighbour and you wanted to remove them from any troubling situation, you should have tried boxing Amazon with dry ice or just returning it, reordering it and DNA'ing the next parcel. |
