My guess the reason this doesn't exist is because the spam would be immeasurable, and create more of a headache for staff in the way of spam; However I'll entertain it, since other sub-forums have post requirements, maybe just maybe there's a chance. If not this, maybe make it a sub-forum for upgraded members, and vetted contributors?
Maybe as a subforum for the Social Engineering Sub?
I dunno
