Clothing order - Itsit - 03-28-2022
So I’ve ordered 2 jackets & a pair of shoes.
I wanted to SE one of the jackets in the parcel. Any recommendations on how too?
DPD is delivering but ever since I SE’d my last parcel the DPD driver doesn’t attempt to deliver to me anymore. I had to get my previous parcel to a corner store.

Just to the parcial empty box. Tell them that you only got one jacket and the pair of shoes and that's it.

If an Investigation Is opened and the weight Is cross-checked with the carrier's manifest, the claim will be declined.

& what could I say I received instead of the jacket to be a wrong item?

Interesting. So on complaint I obviously say I received the wrong item or do I automatically send the wrong item & not tell them?
