To contact yurbuds, I used email, you could use live chat or phone if you want too. The email should look something like this:
Hi, I recently bought myself a pair of yurbuds ironman inspire , because I needed a headphone that stayed in the ear no matter how hard I trained or how much it rained. Now too the problem. When I first plugged in the headphones into my ipod, I only heard an extremly low sound, and then the sound turned noisy and I could not hear anything except the noisy sound in both ears. I tried three other devices but the problem with the sound were still the same. It must be something wrong with the headphones.
What shall I do now?

Of course you can change the text how much you want, but this worked fine for me. Yurbuds will probably require receipt and/or picture. You can fake a receipt easily and I can give you a picture.
Step 3
After you have provided yurbuds with all the info they were demanding, you are going to recieve your new pair of yurbuds. If you are unlucky they might say that you need to send in the broken pair. Then try again or do box method. I recommend you too try again.
WARNING!!
If you live inside EUROPE you might get some taxes and such, I needed to pay taxes, but they were pretty small, so it didnt matter.

Sorry man, don't have the photo. Just snap a picture on a Youtube unboxing video. And yes, it is an Amazon receipt.

As I mentioned before, I don't have the picture. It is not my method. However, you can easily find a picture by searching "Yurbuds unboxing" on Youtube, or just by searching on eBay/Craigslist.
