What could happen if your FTID fails?

What about Sealed Box Method?

I've been more familiar with some basic methods, like DNA and EB.

You aren't refunded, and I heard some people get banned but I don't think it's true.

If the methods fail they obviously haven't refunded nor replaced the Item, so depending on the circumstances of the claim, they may ask the Item be returned, or perhaps the account will be flagged and In the worst-case scenario, closed.

At best, no action will be taken.

That's not THAT bad. I was just wondering if there's a possibility for legal action in case someone gets caught?
