Amazon Return without labels HELP - dariush98 - 03-19-2022

Hi guys, i need help with a SE attack.
I ordered an iPhone from amazon (.it) and they usually provided different ways of returning (italian poste, and others).
So i used to manipulate the labels they gave me.
Now I think they changed the system for high value items.
I only can select the option "pick up at home" and they don't give me any labels but the only thing they gave to me is a Tracking Number.
So the Courier will come in my house and he will do all the work, i only need to give him my box.
Do u know how to fix that?

Are there any Instructions, such as leaving the box open for the driver to Inspect the goods?

Contact CS and tell them you're going away on a business trip, hence will not be home to comply with their pickup arrangement.

Ask the driver to leave the label with you as the goods are not ready to ship yet

Only instruction is that I have to give courier the Box and the tracking they gave to me.
I already tried to chat with amazon but they said that they can't release any label Sad

In that case, you can use the sealed box method.

The collection Issue Is solved, and your reason for the return will not trigger the company to check It.

Hi there. Did u fix Amazon Return with pickup option? I have same problem, they dont issued me prepaid label and required return item with pickup option. I have Just tracking from
UPS and not label. If u resolved your problem please let me know. Thanks
