Amazon Iphone 13 SE questions - Monolith - 03-18-2022

I ordered Iphone 13 pro max from amazon yesterday, i got the package today carrier just left it on doorstep so i'll stick with DNA

My question is, i want to use this phone. When should i turn on the phone? Is there a specific time for imei blacklist? when im "Safe"?
Or what are the risks of using a SE'd phone and how big are this risk?

It's not often that IMEIs are placed In a pool of blacklisted numbers, so disregard that thought.

No risk If you play It smart.

For Instance, If the DNA method was used, you've simply located the package sometime later and started using the phone. In terms of the wrong Item received method, you did receive the phone but because a few packages arrived on the same day as the phone, you mixed up the Items and thought that an Incorrect one was sent. And so on for other methods.

They're just a couple of examples that justify the phone's usage.

Carrier is a local company in my country is it a problem?

Not at all.

Just wanting to establish whether they're renowned for contacting the buyer when claiming non-receipt of goods, or present difficulties during Investigations.

idk actually, on amazon it says i signed for package. i also got the otp but carrier just left it on doorstep

Carrier probably gonna insist on i received package personally since iphone 13 pro max here is like 7 months of work. (minimum wage is 270$ and iphone is 1900$) im prepared for worst, i'll play the nice and miserable guy. They have to give my refund without problem my last amazon SE was 6 months ago and not even same domain my account is old and has decent amount of orders. We'll wait and see, i'll post news here.

Edit; Carrier company aint getting a single word from me unless amazon wants it. i just dont care, my package is lost. I didnt choose the carrier company am i wrong?

How would you justify the phone's usage after successfully using the SB method?
