Hey Community Smile !

I ordered a Macbook Pro  from Apple.
Paid with PayPal...

UPS delivered it yesterday and they required a Signature.
I wasn´t at home  ...
My Sister took the Package..
I´ll ask her later if she signed ..

What options do I have ? 

I´ve never refunded something before from apple maybe this is a Benefit?

I think there was something with a one-time exception?

Absolutely. Photographic evidence Is useless.

For example, If the package Is left at your doorstep, If they like they can take 100 photos of every angle. It doesn't change the fact It was left unattended and (apparently) stolen, hence you did not personally receive It.

As for the package left In the entryway, rearrange the furniture prior to delivery, and place everything back when the driver leaves. As such, a mismatch of the entryway's layout, means It's not your home In the photo.
