Please help - iRackRO - 03-10-2022
Hi! i bought from eBay a Car Trim Removal ( $44.02 ). I tried EB with PayPal and they told me "Report filed with a law enforcement agency or government organization.". I live in Romania. I will let below some informations. hope they are useful:
- Item weigh 1 KG
- 2020 company with 120 reviews
- my account is 4 years old and i have 350$+ orderes.
- I have 28 positive reviews, 0 negative
- DNA not possible because item shows "Delivered to <my name>"
- FTID not possbile because shipping costs a lot ( 35$ )
How can i bypass this? Romanian Police is not very friendly and I can get in troubles if i go to them. What can I do?

I didn't had any choises. In Romania, police is corrupt, if you want to make a theft report, police will call you to them at every 3 days for statements and next time when you have a problem to not disturb them. What can i do?

Given you've used the EB/missing Item method, It's not a theft-related Incident, so tell PayPal that the police Is refusing to provide the report.

At ticket i need to pun an image. Should I try to photoshop a PR? I have 2 PR, one with "scammer couldn't be found" and one with "we started to investigate the case". Which is better?

Today they closed my dispute, "The case was closed in the seller’s favor as you didn’t provide the requested documents.". I can do something else?

In your PayPal account, select "Resolution Center > All Closed Cases (via the "View" drop-down menu) > Appeal". Make sure to specifically say the police refused to provide the report.

If you're still having Issues, contact PayPal and tell them you'd like to appeal their decision.
