SE OpSec - cascaprise - 03-08-2022

Hi, I started SEing recently, mostly light items under €100 from Amazon using the EB method.

So far, I never failed a SE, probably because of the cheap price of the items, but I'm starting to come across more and more complications: the last week of February they suspended 2 of my Amazon accounts as soon as I ordered, they asked for a bank statement both of the times which I didn't send them. This weekend I made another, and it didn't get suspended, but today after I contacted them about my order the representative said they were going to open an investigation because my item was stolen, even tho I told him that when I went to pick it up from a pickup point it was sealed and wasn't damaged.
After they emailed me with some questions like "Order number, shipping number, have you ever had similar experiences with Amazon? ", I answered, and they issued a refund some minutes after.

My question is why is this happening? Why didn't I come across these problems with my first orders? I always change IP, credit card, name, address and everything else, after every SE I reset my windows virtual machine. Is it maybe that I'm coming across more types of representatives, some more brain-dead, some more smart? Or is it that somehow they're linking my accounts?

Thanks for the answers.

You cannot compare one SE to another - no two are ever alike.

In terms of reps working strictly by the book, If suspicion Is raised with the claim or some type of Inconsistency Is Identified/detected, It will be assessed with a fine-tooth comb.
