How to SE for a LIT - BeuInTheAss - 03-07-2022
Hello there, I wonder about the SE that I have to do after a LIT FTID. Should I wait 3/4 weeks before contacting the support ? And also, what to do if they refuse to refund me after severals weeks of wait ? Also what can make an FTID LIT fail ?

I see thanks, and if it failed I should just say that my wife send the wrong package and ask for a second label and then really send the product ?

I prepare to the same LIT&FTID in he same time. If LIT fails (reprint label) then FTID should works. If it is amazon, they will see "delivered" status of the box, so you should receive refund. Worste if it is not amazon right..
How long should you wait if LIT works? Courier DHL in my country has 30 days for find the box. The closer that date, the chance to find it is lesser (theoretically) Seller will probably want you to contact direct ly to the courier for complaint. So, I recommend you to read complaint document. They will ask about box dimensions. The question that comes to mind - better lie about dimensions to reduce the chances of being found the box? But there is track ID which hold all informations about the box. So, does return label has the information about box dimensons and weight? I think about all these things. I made a topic "how to read dhl label" but no ones replied. Iam wondering what informations contains a third barcode.

Once package shows lost in transit ? Will cause automatic refund where with ftid you need count on the post person not noticing the addresses don’t match
