Hello, I tried to refund af1 on nike.com using the PEB method, but it failed... i got this mail:
as delivered by DHL Express. We have investigated this matter and it is confirmed that all items were delivered successfully to your registered address and that all items were packed and sealed in a box with tracking number 907525252185 weighing 1.56 kgs at the point of delivery.
Additionally, we also note that this is not the first time you’ve encountered issues on your deliveries, in your previous order #G12525327632 it was delivered but you were claimed as non-receipt and was refunded.
Based on these, we unable to process refund and consider this matter closed. We will not be able to assist you further
