already arrived today (fake sign). I will do the same as always: wait 24h, claim dna and see what they'll tell me.

It was a little rare that they didn't investigate because the first rep told me that she will generate an investigation with dhl. I guess they didn't because i changed a little the SE as i always do.
Amazon.es doesn't have bot which asks everything before to talk to rep so i told the rep that i haven't talked yet with my neighbors, she told me to talk to them and contact them next day and inform about it, i did, rep told me that i have to wait 2-3 business days to finish investigation but when i finish to talk to the rep, 5 minutes later i got the incident report mail.
