eBay SE - iRackRO - 03-04-2022 Hi! Any ideas how can i SE a PlayStation 3 from eBay auctions? I have a 4 years old account with +20 orders ( all orders value 350 euro ). Most of the sellers are new on eBay. I am thinking at EB because the PlayStation 3 will cost 50-80 euro and i think PayPal will not put me to add a PR. What method would you have used if you had been in my place? RE: eBay SE - LaffyTaffy - 03-04-2022 (03-04-2022, 08:51 PM)iRackRO Wrote: Hi! Any ideas how can i SE a PlayStation 3 from eBay auctions? Big companies probably wont waste money suing you but the little seller could definitely report you to the feds. And empty box on a ps3 probably wont work because once paypal looks at the weight they will close the case in the sellers favour. RE: eBay SE - iRackRO - 03-04-2022 What weight? I red some topics and a lot of persons said that PayPal will request a photo of the Empty Box. At label i can PhotoShop it, i think. RE: eBay SE - iRackRO - 03-05-2022 Yes, I am targeting Individual sellers because i think it is easier than companies. One year ago I succesfully SE an PSP from an individual seller, new on eBay with "Item not as described" saying PSP is not powering up and i put a video with it from YouTube and PayPal refunded me. I'm thinking to try 'Item not as described' if you say i can't do EB or missing item. Nothing else comes to mind right now, only "Not as described". DNA not possible because most of the sellers are using DHL to ship. Just like you and I, they have mouths to feed and bills to pay, as opposed to billion-dollar companies who've got nothing to lose. |
