From my gatherings:
- receive an item
- tell them it's damaged / not working and you really need a replacement right away
- use your SE skills to convince them to issue a replacement right away BEFORE you send back yours
- quickly cancel the replacement as soon as the chat is closed to it turns into a refund instead
- hope you don't get rebilled or FTID the original item

It can be done via an arduous process, but unless It's an AR, the return will be expected prior to Issuing a replacement.

I have an Instant refund going, but I'm not at liberty to discuss It In an open community - It'll be saturated In no time at all.

^ With the right attitude and approach, that tends to work more often than not.

Another excuse that I've just come up with as of writing this message, Is to say you're travelling abroad (Indefinitely) for a business trip, hence you won't be around to accept the delivery. The Instant method I use Is totally different to the run-of-the-mill methodologies.
