Hello, does anyone here have experience with the DNA method on aliexpress? I'm thinking of DNA'ing an electric scooter worth 300$ and my account is in good standing. Do you think they would refund me?

They're also guilty of signing their own consignments, which obviously works to your advantage.

This is a situation I need to avoid, as my roommates would inevitably be associated with the SE which would not only lead to its fail, but also cause many personal problems.

I have SEd something from a different company which also used DHL for shipping 2 months ago, could this affect the SE in any way?
Also most importantly, I am very skeptical of aliexpress's customer service. Would they actually have my back? I'm not sure if I could afford to lose the price of the scooter, and am scared they will just say ''tracking shows delivered, so not our problem'' (which is unacceptable of course, but don't know what I can expect from a company half the world away)

That's the nature of the DNA, and It's up to you to put In the hard work by manipulating them accordingly.

Seems like they gave the package to DPD instead of DHL. Do you know if DPD is easy with investigations and if they are known to return to your doorstep?

The Problem of DPD is, that they look at weight.
