Anyone tried to SE a company for Injuries? - Magicfingers - 02-19-2022

Hey guys,
Has anyone ever threatened to SE a company by threatening a lawsuit?.
By this I mean saying you'd sue for damages if you're not refunded because you got injured/cut by device. Also sending in pictures of your injury and copy of your medical bill.

I'm wondering if that can actually help one's SE to succeed. Or maybe make it fail?

I need your opinions.

Seems overly complicated. You could come up and use a easier method that most likely has a higher chance of working. Plus the company may actually accept to a court hearing which you wouldn’t want that.

If you could generate a convincing looking invoice/damage, perhaps you might expediate the processing of a tough refund.
Unlikely that they will pay out compensation without several levels of internal approvals.

Yea, you would need an insider to create invoices for tests/consultations if it was medical related or from a repair shop if the se'd item caused damage to something else you own. Starts to get a bit complicated.
