Iphone 13 Pro Max Refund - JXN - 02-08-2022
I am looking to refund a 13 pro Max. i am still yet to decide if i should refund apple or amazon as i am not familiar with apple but have a large amount of refunds on amazon ( Not completely worried about getting acc suspended).I have never done FTID and am not interested in Sealed Box. I know i cannot EB as the phone weighs too much. I am quite experienced with DNA. Does apple AUS require for signature on delivery? And is FTID quite hard to do especially for this expensive of an item. Thankyou and sorry for so many questions.

Obviously fake sign It, but be sure It's somewhat legible. When they check It, It will not be associated to yours, hence It wasn't you who signed the delivery.

With sealed box you have to buy the supplies before hand and i cannot be bothered to be honest i believe it would be a lot easier to do another way. Do you think apple or amazon would be easier? With amazon they do not ask for signature, if they hand it to me they do not say a word and on the tracking it tells me “ package was handed directly to customer” that is okay to DNA?

Still waiting for the Phone to come. Amazon locked my account for a day due to the amount of the phone and wanted me to confirm my details such as billing address as they thought my account was hacked. this should not affect the outcome yea? Iphone is coming tomorrow so will attempt to refund a few days after..

Alright so it was delivered today, No one was home so it was left at the front door, obviously no signature and no photo proof.. What are the chances that Amazon will start an investigation? I'm guessing a high if not 100% chance due to the sheer price of the item? otherwise should go smooth as there is no proof of delivery. Will refund tomorrow so it doesn't look too sus. PS if they start an investigation are they likely to send someone out to investigate or will it just be an internal investigation?
