Deliveroo & Uber Eats - Akoz - 02-05-2022 Wonder if anyone has any working methods for Deliveroo or Uber Eats For quick and easy refund?. RE: Deliveroo & Uber Eats - kingofpickles - 02-05-2022 DNA, wrong items, spilled drinks, bugs on the food, creativity is the limit. RE: Deliveroo & Uber Eats - Josh7s - 02-05-2022 Order a drink with your meal ,when you received your items go on the live chat and say when you opened the bag all the food was covered in your drink and it spilled everywhere. Act very upset and angry works every time for me. RE: Deliveroo & Uber Eats - mothered - 02-06-2022 Food/consumable products are the easiest to SE with any company that comes to mind. Adding to the above recommendations, simply saying you felt extremely sick after consumption, works almost every time. They responded that it’s a very serious issue, and then to report the restaurant to the FDA (food safety regulation people in the uk). Although, it was the second consecutive SEd order on a new account, so maybe that was the reason for the failure RE: Deliveroo & Uber Eats - mothered - 02-06-2022 (02-06-2022, 11:20 AM)Datswansguy Wrote: I tried this method recently, but it seems just eat are wising up to it. You had a good opportunity to hit them hard. RE: Deliveroo & Uber Eats - Tinytim - 02-06-2022 Just so know, if SE on UberEats restaurant takes loss. If small shop you will damage family business. Read terms. If I did go down that route, it’d probably involve filing a food poisoning report against my local kfc shop, which has the potential to get them in shit and possibly have complications for me. I also have a couple other SEs ongoing at the moment, in addition to lots of uni work, so I’m slightly tight for time too. I’m gonna try claim that my food had chicken heads or something in, that made me feel sick. Straight to kfc, so the voucher is from them . Then I can try other methods for Ubereats, etc, too

RE: Deliveroo & Uber Eats - dontgiveafuck - 02-11-2022 deliveroo and uber eats will offer instant refund if you complain of food being cold or wrong. you will never need to file food poisoning report etc. (02-06-2022, 11:20 AM)Datswansguy Wrote:This only happens when it's new account and it's a multiple times happened scenario, even then you can still live chat and continue to complain and thety will refund you if you lie well enough. Done it many times.(02-06-2022, 01:27 AM)mothered Wrote: Food/consumable products are the easiest to SE with any company that comes to mind.I tried this method recently, but it seems just eat are wising up to it. Don't SE from small local restaurants, as, usually they take the brunt of it.. Only sometimes will the deliverer take the blame and pay. |
