So basically it's the same as saying, "Hello?" in a horror movie and they expect them to be like, "Yeah, I'm on the other end of the hallway with a machete about to pounce on your ass."
So same thing applies to shows when someone suspects something and asks a person (example), "Did you kill him?" expecting to say the honest truth of, "Yeah, I totally killed him man, it was all me."
I never understood why you would ask that, I mean, no one would say they did in the first place...

Seriously, it makes me think that they're so fucking retarded. Like I'd just run out the fucking house and never come back, that simple.

Well, they got balls for caring a something like a bat, golf club, or a small kitchen knife against a killing machine. I do agree with you though, it is pretty damn stupid.

In scary movies, especially when its in a rich persons house, they have some sort of weapon that could just kill them in one movement, but they don't go for the weapon they just go "hello?, who's over there".
They act like they'll be like "Yea, its just me Jason, I'm here with a machete to chop your head off and somehow manage to protect you from Freddy while I'm at it".

For some reason, when someone creates a horror movie such as Friday the 13th, Halloween, etc. they make the characters so fucking retarded. Might as well put a kid with Autism in the movie and let him/her act it out. It pisses me off how stupid the actors are in the movie. You can run out the door and go get police officers, or you can try and be a hero and trap yourself on the roof. Which one do you choose? Of course, they run on the roof and then freak out because their idiotic plan didn't work.
Also, how do these killers teleport? They somehow kill every fucking person in the city without ever being noticed. They can also take more bullets than a 10" thick giant gummy bear. Bullet after bullet get slammed into the killer and they just stand there. OR they occasionally fall down, fake dead, then stand up and kill the shooter. These horror movies are so typical.
However, going back to the actual topic question, some people might easily crack under pressure. Constantly being asked if they did it or even being told that they did it might make them confess.

Well, I guess that's true. Although, if you can crack that easily, then why do it, if your going to tell the truth just by the asking of questions?

It really depends on the movie. there are some horror movies that I understand completely.
