SE question - ritahsonn - 02-03-2022

Hi! I have a question regarding Amazon. I had a real issue with an order lets call it Z and somehow reps couldn't refund it from the order Z but they made a goodwill refund from another order that was placed in 2020. I still have an option to return the order Z for a full refund. Do you think that they somehow find out that refund for order Z was made from another order and deny refunding order Z in full when it comes back to the warehouse? Can they recharge the goodwill refund? Any suggestions are welcome Smile
