Amazon Courier - Tinytim - 02-02-2022

These methods hard if Amazon deliver with own courier? They do own delivey themselves most time now and take picture. Also all package have weight on them. Do this make SE harder like EB, DNA, etc.?

No difference If It's their own drivers (Amazon Flex) or their carrier partners - FedEx, DHL, UPS etc.

The method Is executed In the same way, so too Is the way the claim Is assessed.

You're purely claiming the package didn't arrive, Irrespective of how heavy It Is.

The carrier is themselves. They have own Amazon label truck and uniform. Thats why I confused if EB or PEB is hard method now if that make difference.

Their operations Is no different to any other carrier service. Formulate the EB/PEB as per usual, and you'll be fine
