Palm Angels - BobRossLover17 - 01-27-2022
Has anyone SE Palm Angels? I ordered two shirts off the Palm Angels website and I'm deciding if I should do a partial or if I should just use the DNA method. The package arrived today and I have 14 days to return so I need to make a decision fairly quickly. Their customer service can only be reached via email which makes me worried that this will take longer to SE as I cant talk back and forth with a rep. If you have done Palm Angels before how was their customer service like?

Update, I was unsuccessful. Told me that since I requested to have a package left at my door I was fully responsible for missing or lost items. I had to return my order.

I had to return my order.For future reference, when "you" request a safe place or otherwise for the delivery, you're liable for loss of goods.
