Lenovo legion 5 pro SE - - freetip - 01-22-2022

Hi guys, I have been able to SE a Lenovo legion 5 pro...

Before they proceeded to replace, they wanted the laptop back, so I send it on envelope with a FTID label, and the current status is that it has arrived at the repair centre, and it says as the following:

"2022-01-20 12:51
Your Lenovo Case 20XXXXXXX - Delivered and in repair"

Should I contact Lenovo for any updates, since I've actually not sent anything but a empty envelope...

Does anyone have any idea what can happen from here?

Thanks guys

Did they say how long a repair would take? I would wait for around a week and then ask them for updates and keep pushing from there. Asking too soon (literally 2 days after) could raise suspicion along with the fact they can't find it or may have even received the empty envelope if it did get delivered there. Waiting a week or so would mean that if they received a empty envelope it might have just been thrown away, it also means they have had time to "repair" the laptop so it would seem normal to ask. They also might even contact you before then.

Thanks for your feedback. It says that it will be repaired by the 10 of February. I will wait a week to message them.

Any change this can go wrong from here??

How did you edit the label for your FTID?

Could you link it? What courier did you use? UPS or FedEx?

Curious about the results of this SE.

is Lenovo easier than Dell or HP to SE?
