Nintendo Switch - imhopeless - 01-22-2022
wondering what meth0d would work best for this? using an amazon account thats aged for 3 years with sum pricey stuff purchased on it and legit returns.

no SES performed before on the account. My problem is the switch did not turn on from arrival, and when my kid would go to charge it there would be a burning smell coming from it and the back of it would overheat. We then decided to dispose of it because of this. Is this a reasonable cause to move forward with?

This sounds like a reasonable excuse maybe test it on a different account with a slightly different method and a cheaper item, please let me know how it goes, good luck 👍

Be sure to say It was disposed of for health and safety concerns. And yes, a Nintendo Switch can catch on fire.

Unfortunately it did not go through after both the manufacturer and amazon insisted that to get a r3fund i needed to send it back
Edit: I ended up calling the manufacturer and telling them it caught on fire, they said they would call me in 2 business days to resolve the issue but i doubt anything is going to be done about it
