Mothered I need help, I did Dyson using the sn and faulty method. They was happy it was faulty and placed order for replacement but wants me to do live exchange with courier I used fake details neighbours address any help or options I can use is appreciated

The serial must still be under warranty, and that's the proof of the Item In question.

Slow down - take one step at a time.

Firstly, claim the Item Is faulty and the next course of action, will be based on their response. Most likely they'll request the return, so you'd need to focus on circumventing that before anything else.
