Claiming warranty of a refunded item - Checkpoint - 01-05-2022
I think more than 1 year ago I refunded a 1400 euros+ item from amazon. Electronic category.
Unfortunately it broke down, but theoretically it's still under warranty.
I was wondering if anyone has experience in trying to claim a warranty for a refunded item. Are there success or failure stories? How much is it likely that the serial number will be checked in a list of "stolen" serial numbers? Would they just refuse the RMA or start to ask questions?

The serial will be checked for validity and warranty purposes, hence there's a high possibility It will come up as a previously refunded Item.

if you get free then enjoy until its work if its dead no use and if want try to contact is they help then good if not then buy new one

Apparently the item isn't completely broken. For now. If it breaks down completely I will attempt to do a legit warranty claim and I will update with results in the future.

apologies for the bump but i also face the same problem. I have a laptop I refunded 4-5 months ago and it no longer works. Could I send it in for warranty or will the company know its refunded?
