In terms of the DNA, find out If they're responsible for loss of goods, and also the type of verification (If any) required on delivery.

ngl i know people who have DNA'ed much bigger items and companies. If the circumstances is right, anyone can do so.

for an item of this price, they will make an investigation, you will probably have weeks and you will probably lose
You will have a higher success rate with these methods:
1. Payment with Paypal + dispute because wrong item received
Paypal relies only on the tracking number for refunds, you can even send a letter in a bubble wrap, make sure the delivery service does not indicate the size / weight of the package in the tracking information
2. Fake TID technique
You buy your coat and you request a return by mail, they will generate a return label for you
the plan is to modify this return label to have the package delivered to the building next door (you must keep the same postal code)
you contact them 1-2 weeks later to find out why you didn't get a refund, since they never received the item, they will suspect it lost or stolen and they will refund you
