What was the delivery like, did you have to sign for it or anything (including OTP's which i doubt considering the items value) I'd say this is perfect DNA material just wait until the day after it arrives (or a hour or two) and then contact customer support, btw what courier & company is it that you ordered from?

Alternatively and provided you haven't opened It, you can opt for the sealed box method. It's wrapped In clear film (no factory seal), which can be pulled apart by carefully cutting along the edges and resealing It with clear glue.

If you carefully opened the package, and can be re-sealed without evidence of tampering, you may be able to use the box method during the return.
