Amazon SE Refund Help - aceo - 12-31-2021

Hey, hope everyone is having an amazing holiday. I'm trying to SE my two alienware monitors ($1000) that I'll be getting on the 7th. I'm not sure which method to use. I also want to SE my gaming chair ($300) that I'll be getting on the 4th. My Amazon account is over 5 years old and the last time I SE was an apple watch that was DNA in July.

Take It one step at a time. Leave the chair for now.

In terms of the monitors, are they both arriving on the same shipment by the same carrier driver?

Thank you for the quick response, yes they are coming on the same day and they should come together at the same time. I'll leave the chair for now. I'm just not sure what method to use for the two monitors, it's over $500 and I was told DNA is a slim chance.

Given you wish to SE them both and taking their weight & dimensions Into account, the DNA Is the best option.

Who told you that, and for what reason?

As long as an OTP Is not required on delivery, the DNA Is very well-suited.

I was told by a SE seller that DNA over 1000 isn't compatible

It most certainly Is.

Due to the nature of the method and the Item value, do expect an Investigation and a lengthy claims process.
