Help with adidas refund - humorousSwift - 12-23-2021

Hey so i want to refund a pair of shoes so i ordered more things besides shoes (to do missing item method) but unfortunately, the products have arrived separately.

moreover, the delivery man asked me for my ID so i cant either do DNA method

What to do? Shoild i just return it back, order it again using a fake name maybe?

Did he take note of the details on the ID, or just purely looked at It?

Does the ID Include details (such as date of birth), that's not Included on your online account?

Yes, but anyway i ordered using my real name, so i guess adidas know it was me the one who received the package?

The name has no relevance to personally receiving goods.

If a signature was not required nor (for example) an OTP, the package could've been accepted by anyone other than yourself.

That's what I asked - whether your ID has personal Info not found on your online account. So did you actually see him writing down the details?

That aside, I'd say the shoes are too heavy for the missing Item method, so If the DNA Is out of the question, the wrong Item received method can be used.

Correct.

You'd purchase a very cheap Item from Adidas, and claim that you received that Instead of the one you've ordered. When they request the return, send the (cheap) wrong item.
