They'll most likely request the TV be returned, so you'll need to circumvent It.

Who's the company?

Who's the company?
The company is Walmart.

I will say something along the lines of "As I was taking the TV out of the package, I noticed the glass was shattered and suffered injuries from the broken glass and some blood got on the TV"

Will they still ask for the TV to be returned?

That's called the blood method and If you add that you're corona virus positive, It may bypass the return.

You can also use the disposed of the faulty Item method, whereby the TV started smoking and you threw It out for health & safety concerns. Alternatively and stating the obvious, the DNA Is also available.

The tv's delivery is requiring a direct signature, can I still preform a DNA?
