Need some help!!!!!! - mrnonamenoface - 12-18-2021

I'm trying to see if anyone one here knows of a way to get an exact location from an just an IP address. Long story short is, my girlfriend got a E-mail from her bank stating that there was some "attempted logins'' on her account, granted they blocked it because it was a suspicious IP address. so I now have the IP address that tried to login, but when I do a location search of it, it only tells me a town. (not a precise location). If that's not possible then, would it be possible to, since they had tried to login on an Android device, in the browser, using Chrome, to...let's say....be able to backdoor the device remotely, or  something similar?
Any help/direction would be highly appreciated.

!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!THANK YOU IN ADVANCE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

An IP address WHOIS lookup will not reveal the user behind It, but rather the details of their ISP.

honestly it wouldn't be worth your time and no damage was done .. More than likely the IP is a VPN IP / Server which means its not the actually IP for the person and in that case im almost sure its impossible
