zalando.de SE help - Ultimax - 12-14-2021
Hi all, I'm trying to issue a return on zalando.de. I am using the ftid method. The amount is 800euro.
But I have a little problem, the store asks me to fill out a legal application form and asks me to send an ID.
Could there be a problem? And is it even worth filling out the form?
