I am trying to dna an iphone and I got this message. Can anyone help?
We have fully investigated this matter, including with the delivery carrier who delivered the package. Based on the outcome of our investigations, we believe the package was delivered to the correct address with the correct item. In particular we have considered information from our records, as follows which indicate the item as delivered:
- the timed geocode stamp of the delivery location;
- information collected at the point of delivery; and
- the package weight and reported condition upon delivery.
Accordingly, based on our investigations, we won’t be able to provide a replacement or refund for this order at this time. If you think that someone has intercepted your item without your permission, this is a crime, and you may wish to contact your local police authorities to pursue this matter further.
If the issue isn't resolved after contacting local police, please contact us again and include a PDF, JPG or PNG copy of the police report to the following address: de-deliveryinvestigation@Amazon.de . Please be sure to include key information including:
- The police report number regarding this incident
- Name of related station
- Crime Reference Number/URL of report/Reference number provided
- If reported to a local station over the phone: The name and badge number of reporting officer, and contact number of the station
- If reported to the police online: Provide a copy of the acknowledgement receipt email or reference number.
Please contact us back when the police report is complete. We are unable to accept police reports that are in “pending” or any other incomplete status.

That aside, It's a typical message from Amazon when using the DNA method. Its context Is the same for every claim of not receiving the package. File a PR and comply with their request as per below.

Your refund is fked now you would of had a better chance doing EB the only way you can get out of this is through LIT or FTID.

For your reference, I've succeeded a number of times under the same circumstances. It's a given that reps will "try" and do everything In their power to make things as difficult as possible, of which many SE'ers either do not have the skill set to handle the Issue(s), or prematurely give up on the SE. That's the deciding factor between success and failure. The key to a favorable outcome Is to comply with every request (PR Included), push the rep to his limit and remain adamant that the package was not personally received.
Tracking/GPS Is useless- It only confirms the package arrived at an "address", thus by no means does It verify "person-to-person" delivery.

What if I can't really report it to the police? Should I tell them that? I am from Austria and there's no forms online whatsoever to be found
